Pulmonary Rehabilitation Fund

CMC/DHK has a comprehensive outpatient program where a multidisciplinary team tailors individualized education and exercise programs to help patients understand and cope with their disease and function more comfortably and independently. This fund supports Pulmonary Rehabilitation patients at CMC/DHK who are diagnosed with COPD, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, or any other chronic lung disease.  Providing financial assistance to those patients with need, the fund also supports patient participation in the Eager Breather’s Fresh Air Day hosted by Breathe New Hampshire.
