We are eagerly looking forward to seeing many of you on Friday, August 25th for Cheshire Health Foundation’s 12th annual Golf Tournament! It will be a fun day out on the links at Keene Country Club in support of Cheshire Medical Center’s health and wellness mission.

Tournament Registration

Business Sponsored Team: If you will be playing on a team of four that is sponsored by a business, please use the Business Sponsored link. You do not need to have the information for all four team players to register. However, we strongly recommend that for sponsored teams that a single person is designated to collect and enter registrant information. This reduces confusion for you and for us.

Non-Sponsored Team: Please use this registration option if you have put together a team of four players that is not sponsored by a business. We recommend that you designate a single person to collect and enter registrant information.
